Information we store
Your profile (name, email, optional phone, address, organization), the financial records you enter or import, documents you upload, notifications, and security events such as sign-ins.
How it is used
Only to provide the service to you: calculating balances, schedules, reminders, analytics and reports. We do not sell your data and do not send your financial records to AI providers.
Who can see it
Only you. Administrators can see account metadata (such as email, status, sign-in history and record counts) to operate and secure the service, but not the contents of your financial records or documents.
Security
Sessions use secure HTTP-only cookies. Passwords are hashed. Optional authenticator-app MFA is available. Documents are stored privately and downloads use short-lived, authorization-checked links. Uploaded files are checked for type and executable content, but third-party malware scanning is not yet connected.
Your choices
You can update your profile, export all of your data, request deletion, or permanently delete your account from Settings.
Email delivery is not enabled in this release. Reminders and notices appear in the app only.
