1. What the service does
Creditor & Debt Tracker is a record-keeping and planning tool. It helps you record creditors, debts, payments made elsewhere, payment plans and documents. It does not move money, contact creditors, or provide financial, legal, credit or tax advice.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password and authenticator codes secure and for the accuracy of the information you enter or import. Each account is a private workspace for one person or organization.
3. Estimates
Projections such as payoff dates, interest totals and strategy comparisons are estimates based on the terms you record. They are labeled as estimates and are not guarantees or offers.
4. Acceptable use
Do not upload unlawful content, malware, or other people's information without permission. Do not attempt to access other accounts or interfere with the service.
5. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update features and these terms; material changes will be communicated in the app.
6. Ending your account
You can export your data and delete your account at any time from Settings. Deletion is permanent.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without warranties, and we are not liable for decisions made based on information in the service.
